Coley Bar is our ground-floor dining room — open to guests and the neighbourhood, 24 hours a day. Espresso at six, a long lunch, plates until late. Free breakfast for every guest, and room service whenever the kitchen is on, which is always.

When other kitchens close, ours keeps going. Comfort plates, sandwiches, a quiet drink at the bar.
